• Maximum 35 guests permitted
• Sheesha/hookah prohibited

Additional Rules

• 1.Check in: 12:00 PM & Checkout 10.00 AM. We don't allow early check in and late checkout strictly.
• 2. ID Cards of all members need to be submitted at check in only. (Pan Cards Not Allowed.)
• 3.Balance Payment, security deposit 5000/- and check in form with allguest details need to submit at check in. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property may result in additional charges.
• 4.No music allowed in outdoors after 11.00 pm, can be played indoor at low volume.
• 5.Swimming Pool Time: 1.30 PM - 9.30PM.
• 6.The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss/or damage to the guest(s) belongings from the Villa for any
• cause whatsoever including the theft
• 7.Making any change, modification, alteration, or addition whatsoever to the property or its contents (including moving furniture around) is not allowed at any property
• 8.If guest is not following above rules and regulations of the property and creating unnecessary nuisance or annoyance within the premises, then the Management has the right to remove the guest
• from the Villa.
